Top Asian Models
1.Ji Hye Park
One of the most popular models in Seoul at the past Fashion Week this year. Park debuted, and thus made her career in the shows of her beloved designer Alexander Wang in 2012. Since then, Park has been featured in advertising campaigns for major brands such as Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein and Kate Spade. Last season, she made a defile for J. Mendel, Oscar de la Renta (Opening Ceremony), and Peter Som.
2. Liu Wen
Acted as the first Asian face of the cosmetic giant Estee Lauder and the first Chinese model, which became the “angel” of Victoria Secret. Liu is one of the most talked about personalities in the world of modeling, whose secret of beauty is the use of exclusively vegetarian dishes. Originally from Hunan, she made a furore on the international arena in Paris during the spring-summer 2008 season for Chanel and Jean Paul Gaultier. She posed for Madewell, H & M, and Rag & Bone, as well as the defile for Stella McCartney, Givenchy and Kenzo.
She went into modeling when she represented China in the Elite Model Look 2009 contest, winning the third place in the international final. Her career began in 2011 after Riccardo Tischi chose her to participate in the Givenchy fashion show, the presto-a-porter fashion collection, and also the face of the brand for the autumn-winter advertising campaign. She adorned the covers of Chinese Vogue several times, and also went for Zac Posen, Carolina Herrera, Prabal Gurung and Jeremy Scott.
4.Sun Fei Fei
Asian model began her career on the podium at the Fashion Week in London in 2009, participating for Nathan Jenden and Mulberry. At the same year, she was carefully selected by Carl Lagerfeld for fashion shows in a fashion show from Chanel Paris-Shanghai. Sun was a recognizable face this year on Fashion Week, and made a run on the podium for Marni, Salvatore Ferragamo, Balenciaga, Emilio Pucci, Jil Sander, Prada, Tom Ford and Lanvin.
5.Soo Joo Park
Due to her signature in the form of discolored hair and eccentric street style, Park is not an ordinary model. A native of Seoul moved to Los Angeles, and then went to college in San Francisco, where she was spotted by a model agency scout, during purchases in a vintage store. Her favorite designers are Chanel, Jeremy Scott and Moschino. The girl repeatedly appeared on the covers of G-Dragon and Vogue Korea.
